  1. By submitting a form on the Website or by contacting Us, You consent to the collection, use and sharing of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
  2. Providing Your information is voluntary. You may withdraw Your consent at any time by writing to info@sahajtherapy.com. If You withdraw Your consent, We may not be able to respond to Your enquiry or provide the service You asked for.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

  1. Information You give Us:
    1. Book Appointment and Contact Us forms: name, mobile number, city and, on the Contact Us form, the location of Your pain (knee or hip). Pain location is health information, which We treat as sensitive personal data.
    2. IOACON doctor registration form: doctor's name, city, medical registration number, email address and mobile number.
    3. Any details You share with Us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  2. Information collected automatically: when You visit the Website, Google Analytics collects usage information such as the pages You visit, time spent on the Website, approximate location, device and browser type, and the website that referred You. This information does not directly identify You.

HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

  1. When You fill in a form on the Website. The Book Appointment and Contact Us forms open WhatsApp on Your device with Your details filled in; Your details reach Us only when You send that message. The IOACON registration form sends Your details directly to Our registration system.
  2. When You call, message or email Us.
  3. Through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

  1. to respond to Your enquiries and to schedule consultations or appointments;
  2. to process IOACON doctor registrations;
  3. to provide You with information about Sahaj Therapy and the treatments available;
  4. to understand how visitors use the Website and to improve it;
  5. to protect the security and integrity of the Website; and
  6. to comply with applicable law, respond to judicial process, or provide information to law enforcement agencies as permitted by law.

We do not sell Your personal information.

HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

  1. With Our doctors, partner hospitals and team members involved in Your consultation or treatment.
  2. With service providers that help Us run the Website and communicate with You: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for enquiries, Google Analytics (Google) for Website usage statistics, and YouTube (Google) for patient testimonial videos.
  3. Where required by law, court order or a government authority.
  4. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of Our business, in which case Your information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

Some of these service providers may process data outside India. Where they do, We rely on their contractual commitments to protect Your information.

COOKIES

The Website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage. Patient testimonial videos are shown as thumbnails, and YouTube's player (from youtube-nocookie.com) loads only when You click play. You can block or delete cookies in Your browser settings; the Website will still work.

DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete it.

SECURITY

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures to protect Your information, as required by the SPI Rules. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

The Website contains links to third-party websites, such as Our social media pages, that are not under the control of Sahaj Therapy. Sahaj Therapy is not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites, and We encourage You to read their privacy policies.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may ask to access, correct, update or delete Your personal information, or withdraw Your consent, by writing to info@sahajtherapy.com. We will respond within a reasonable period of time.

CHILDREN

The Website is intended for adults. Sahaj Therapy is suitable for patients above 18 years of age. Information about a patient under 18 should be shared only by a parent or guardian.

GRIEVANCE OFFICER

We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances that You may have regarding the processing of Your Personal Information. If You have any such grievances, please write to Our Grievance Officer at info@sahajtherapy.com and Our officer will attempt to resolve Your issues in a timely manner.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
